Absolutely! There is nothing we like better in the whole world than getting to show off our creative talents by being able to assist you with your wedding.


Every bride and groom have differing requirements, differing budgets and differing amounts of time they can dedicate to the planning of their wedding. We, at Mask Events, can cater to every level and every one of your needs. From the couple who would like us to organise everything on the list below to the bride and groom that just need a few of the items, we can custom create any wedding package.

Some of the items you may like Mask Events to assist with could include;

  • devising a wedding budget
  • creating an unforgettable hen and buck’s night, and/or kitchen tea
  • preparing and sending all stationary such as, save the date and wedding invitations, either in paper form or via a personally created website
  • selecting the venue and catering
  • securing a celebrant
  • working closely with the florist to achieve cohesive styling from the bouquets through to the ceremony and reception decor
  • arranging the transport, hair and make up, cake, photographer and entertainment, using our extensive network of suppliers
  • choosing wedding favours for the guests, and thank you gifts for the wedding attendants and/or family members
  • coordinating the guest seating plan and RSVPs
  • assisting with the wedding attire, from the wedding dress through to the groomsmen (did anyone say dress shopping?!?)
  • even booking the entire honeymoon!  We certainly love to travel!

Am I locked into a set package with Mask Events?

No way, absolutely not, never, not a chance.  Do you think I was clear on my answer?

Mask Events, do offer packages for couples who would like to make the process as simple and easy as possible.  However, we also ADORE creating our events from scratch. Close your eyes and envision everything exactly as you dreamed it could be. Building a wedding from the ground up is our specialty.  Our dedicated stylists will sit with you and help you to clarify, and then articulate, your dream day into finite elements that can then be evaluated against your vision and budget.  We love to hand make unique one-of-a-kind items as well as source distinctive styling elements that will give your wedding its unmistakable feel.

I have a particular style in mind, but I can’t see it reflected on the Mask Events website, will they still be able to create my dream wedding?

Styling is our forte.  Our number one goal is to make sure that you have a visually stunning wedding to take the breath of each and every one of your guests.  If you are unsure of how to achieve this, then Mask Events need to be your number one appointment as soon as you are engaged!

With the largest styling collection on the Sunshine Coast, and an extensive network of additional suppliers, we can achieve any style for any wedding, with any budget.  Pintrest can be a great place to start to gather your thoughts and desires into one place to see if you have a distinct theme jumping out at you.  You are then more than welcome to email through your boards, or bring them to your complimentary consultation, to work with our stylists to see what can be achieved.

Our warehouse, and access to additional styling items, is gigantic.  It’s like a magician’s hat where you start pulling out a beautiful, brightly coloured sash, and then it just keeps going and going.  Remember, we have been collecting items for over 15 years!

I would like to do most of the styling myself, can I just hire items from your range?

You sure can.  Mask Events offers the Sunshine Coast’s largest range of DIY event hire.  The process for a DIY hire, or dry hire, is very similar to how we would organise any of our weddings.  You are more than welcome to come and meet with our stylists, for a creative consult, where we can assist you in designing the decor for your big day.  Once your items are selected and paid for, you can come in a few days before your wedding to collect everything you need to complete the styling yourself.   We don’t require the items to be returned until the Tuesday after your wedding – you may still need the Monday to recover.
