The Mask Events team work in collaboration with the marketing manager of a shopping centre, by designing and planning regular and scheduled events and Point of Interest displays, with fixed upfront costs.

We are a full service event management and styling company. We work with businesses such as shopping centres and exhibition centres to create visually amazing events and themes. We have a large supplier chain which enables us provide all aspects of the display with a single point of contact.
Consultative Workshop, where we review the marketing plan against key milestone dates within each month. In consultation with the Marketing Manager we establish themes, frequency and budgets for each event.
Shopping Centres can be the hub of a community, enticing the public to join together. We love seeing faces light up as the shoppers engage with both your centre and each other.
Mask Events can facilitate workshops for even the littlest of shoppers. From craft stations to drama workshops, VIP Cinema Experiences, and child minding services, all these activities will keep the kids begging to come back to your centre.
The workshop will look ahead for 12 months (or longer if required), and take in to account key social (holidays, seasons, events) and centre specific dates (sales, birthdays).

Our goal is to execute a regular churn of Point of Interest (POI) displays within a shopping centre that highlights the marketing plan and community activities of the overall centre.
We work with your team to create space specific solutions by providing a creative consultation service incorporating our in-house service and supplier chain management. Our services includes a full delivery, set up and pack down options, or as an alternative, we offer dry hire of our equipment and special touches for you and your staff to set up and pack down. All work is carried out in accordance with OHS system equivalent to ISO 9001.
Presentations for Point of Interest Displays
We will outline creative design, installation and removal times, and fixed costs and terms for each design. Our presentation will include
- Creative artwork and images defining the display.
- Gant chart program detailing the procurement, installation, and removal process.
- Fixed pricing and terms and conditions.
- SWMS and OHS requirements.
In accordance with the agreed gant chart, Mask Events will procure, install and remove the display.
We will work in with the facility, security and retailer teams as required to ensure that the creative vision is met.
We will meet with the centre prior to ensure everyone is aware of what’s happening, and if they are required as part of the set up. Bump in and Bump out times will be as required by the centre to ensure no impact on the customers.
All works executed by Mask Events will be carried out in accordance with our Safety Systems and SWMS as well as the centres OHS requirements.
