NAME OF CLIENT: Unity Water

EVENT: 10-year Anniversary of Unity Water

VENUE: This event was held over a month (4 weeks). A hybrid of both live and online events whilst navigating the restrictions amidst the COVID Pandemic. The majority of this event was filmed separately and at different locations and edited together to make one large shared achievement of all internal employees at unity water in celebration of their 10 years. 

TYPE OF EVENT: Corporate | Culture  

THE BRIEF: This event was designed and created in multiple parts as we were restricted to holding a large gathering in celebration. We asked the question: “How do we create human connection during this time in history when we cannot come together?”

WHAT WE DELIVERED: 

  • 1st element we held was a live stream event – This was a combination of pre-recorded and live-streaming elements celebrating the 10-year anniversary and outlining the series of celebrations that were going to unfold over the 4 weeks. We created an internal staging piece and brought a production team to assist us in this process. 
  • 2nd. Our Unity water song creation. This was a collaboration of both blue and white-collar employees throughout the business. A shared activity of all who wanted to get involved, we sought and bought the rights to re-create the song ‘Happy by Pharell Williams’ and asked the employees to learn this song and developed creative ways to interpret the sounds and vocals in their working environment needed to bring it all together in house.  – We even had a guy play the drum kit in an elevator and found that smacking pvc piping together could create the exact sounds needed to pull off their own version of this song. 
  • 3rd stage was our Food Truck Fridays. We implemented pop-up breakfasts & lunch sessions at their main offices. This stage too, was designed around the covid restrictions at the time and aided as a motive to action staff to come back together after working from home. This was filmed and added to the production of the celebratory video. 
  • 4th stage creation was set to resemble a ten-year anniversary image that was made up of all the company staff’s profile photos as a giant collage. This was then printed and displayed in their offices to commemorate the celebration.
