THE BRIEF: Anna, was arranging a Pre Formal Gathering for her kids & their friends before the formal. The formal theme at the venue the kids were heading to was Monte Carlo Black and Gold Theme.
The pre-formal party was for 17 boys and their formal partners and the parents of the boys. Photos and video content were the main focus of the event and Anna wanted to create a fun element for the teens with a flair for bartenders serving mocktails – giving them the Monte Carlo casino experience.
The location was at a Sciacca property overlooking the city and with a poolside area. Space inside the house was limited so a marquee was required on the lawn area.
WHAT WE DELIVERED:
- Event Design – Furniture selection / Floor Plan / Styling
- Event Management – Onsite coordination / Tracking of guestlist / Assisting photographers to capture images of all guests / Coordination of valet service and limousine pick-ups
- Event Staff – Welcome host supplying champagne on arrival / Bar tender support / Runner
- Furniture (Cross Hire mostly) – Event Styling with a focus on Marquee
- Barstaff & Drinks Menu – With a focus on mocktails in unique glassware. The flair bartending experience was a focal point of the event
