THE BRIEF: Hot91 Sunshine Coast came to us requesting event styling & hire for a “funky vibe” theme for their VIP areas; The Champagne Garden & The Pavilion at their Ladies Oaks event.
WHAT WE DELIVERED: We brought this theme to life by using bright colours that aligned with their event colours – bright pinks, metallics, blues & purples. To add a luxury feel to the area we brought in white linen and furniture and added pops of colour to tie everything in.
Each table featured vibrant eye-catching centrepieces and disco balls for a touch of sparkle. Different styling was applied to the VIP tables, high bars and cocktail bars, with the VIP tables and high bars featuring vibrant florals and dried palms, whilst the cocktail bars featured stunning hot pink roses in crystal vases, mini discos balls and stunning silver votives.
To provide photo opportunities throughout the event we created a unique custom “wings” backdrop, which featured a hot pink neon “Let’s Celebrate” sign. We also created a designated pamper area featuring glamorous “Hollywood-style” mirrors for make-up demonstrations and touch-ups throughout the night.
The night was a huge success with incredible feedback from the client and their attendees!
