Howdy, I’m Sarah. Mask’s resident Culture Weaver. An Events & Marketing Manager who thrives on turning visions into experiences infused with heart. With a rich background in exhibitions, gala dinners, and community celebrations, I’m passionate about storytelling and championing the moments that bring us together as humans.

I adore working alongside vibrant, creative people; each event feels like a kaleidoscope of colour, kinship, and contribution.

Fun fact: I recently earned my Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu after training in the ‘gentle’ martial art for the past few years. Movement is my muse, and matcha is my fuel!

I'm Charlotte, a passionate creator of experiences and a lifelong storyteller. My work has taken me around the globe, from luxury hotels and growing boutique brands to orchestrating marketing campaigns, designing websites, and producing immersive events. I’ve worked, lived, and learned in a wonderful range of cultures and communities, with each project enriching my perspective on what connects and inspires.​

Whether I'm curating a product launch, styling a beautiful celebration, or producing a campaign, I'm all in! With an eye for detail and an imagination for impactful moments, I love shaping stories into spaces to bring life to our shared visions.

A favourite moment: The collective anticipation just before an event; like when a conductor lifts their baton and each component is tuned to go. Just as much, I care about crafting unique moments that linger long after the red curtain falls.

TrentOn! I’m part creative, part technician, all heart. With over two decades in festivals, concerts, community gatherings, and AV production, I’ve seen (and built) it all, from sprawling outdoor stages to intimate, high-impact activations.

I’m in my element when I’m turning bold ideas into something people can step into, feel, and remember. I’m the guy making it happen: first on site, last to leave, and the calm in the middle of the creative storm.

What drives me? The buzz just before showtime. The unspoken flow of a room when everything clicks. And the kind of events that leave people feeling more alive, more connected, and a little more human.

Known for my kind, down-to-earth approach, I believe the best events happen when people feel safe, comfortable and inspired to connect with each other and their community.

I live by the belief that everything is figure-outable. It shapes how I work and how I show up in life as a mother and woman. I’m always willing to try something new whether an exciting event idea or signing up for a fitness challenges with no prior experience simply for the growth, learning and experience. 

At my core is a simple passion, ensuring people heard and creating impactful experiences. 

I’m Emily, a creative producer with more than 20 years’ experience across festivals, live performance, television and major public events.

I’m drawn to projects that create mini hubs for people to connect and share an experience - through live music, unique experiences, great food or simply the feeling of being part of something together.

Over the years, I’ve led major productions, public programs and creative teams, working with artists, governments and communities to turn ambitious ideas into events that feel considered, welcoming and full of buzz.

Favourite event? Anything outdoors on a sunny day, and my fluffy pal Olly making more friends than I do.

I’m the person behind the scenes turning ideas, briefs, spreadsheets and site plans into real-life experiences. I enjoy working in the detail, solving problems, creating structure and bringing all the moving pieces together.

My favourite part of the job is getting stuck into the logistics, creating calm in the chaos and seeing months of planning come to life. I love watching people enjoy the event experience and especially enjoy bringing a brand, idea or PR activation to life in a way that connects with people.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking through nature with a coffee in hand and a true crime podcast in my ears.

I’m a perfectionist at heart, a naturalist by soul, and a firm believer that great design doesn’t just look good. It feels good. You'll often find me grounded in the mountains, rainforests or flower fields, where ideas bloom freely, allowing the wild world to fuel my creativity and reset my soul.

As one of the newer faces on the team, I love getting involved across different projects, learning something new every day, and experiencing all the moving parts that bring ideas and events to life.

I’m Melanie, a creative soul, rainbow lover, and radiant team player. I bring vibrant energy and a sunny disposition to everything I touch, whether in the office or on the event floor. My blend of creativity and grounded professionalism shines through in how I engage with clients, vendors, and our team, always ensuring people feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’m a quick responder, a calm connector, and someone who finds joy in solving the weirdest of curveballs. Whether liaising with clients, tinkering on websites, or designing apps, I do it all with heart (and usually a laugh).

Fuelled by cacao, sticky chai, crystals, and humour, I’m proud to be part of a team that trusts me to figure it out and make it happen.

 I am a compulsive learner; strategy, UX, behavioural psychology, copywriting, design (although I couldn't draw to save my life) with a background in film, music, theatre and marketing. These areas craft how I think about content creation. Mask Events gives me the chance to work with suspiciously good-spirited people.

These days I spend wee hours of the night training AI, making music, hip-hop dancing and creative writing. I will always push for more sass. Everyone should have more Sass.

I let my visuals do the talking. I’m all about using colour and sound to create clean, engaging content that connects. I’ve worked across festivals, gyms, nightclubs, weddings, real estate, branded content, and documentaries. No matter the project, I bring a sharp eye and a calm presence.

 

Outside of filming, I’m big on running, surfing, and calisthenics - anything that gets me moving when I’m not behind the camera.
